Bascuñana also attended the Local Security Board and subsequently, government delegate and Mayor, along with the provincial head of Traffic, Sales Victor, have signed an agreement of sale of a vehicle from the DGT will facilitate preventive work on road safety by the local police of Eagles.
The Government representative indicated that the vehicle, a minivan Fiat Scudo, will soon be equipped also with the equipment needed, such as breathalyzer, speed trap and other equipment for local police to make all arrangements necessary for the traffic control.
Bascuñana said that the ultimate goal of this assignment is to ensure road safety of the citizens of Eagle, providing as far as possible preventive work on road safety by the local police.
Meanwhile, the mayor of Eagle thanked the government delegate the assignment of this car, with which the local police perform security checks on traffic in the upcoming summer campaign.
Bartolome Hernandez also wanted to emphasize the importance of relying on the presence of Bascuñana in the Local Security Board, as a few days before the arrival of summer is made for closer coordination between different bodies and security forces, due to substantial population growth experienced by the city at this time.
