Before approval, the mayor of Urban and Town Planning, Isabel Maria Soler said that "the new ordinance is motivated by the age of the currently in force, with over 10 years, with consequent changes that have suffered the legislation, leaving obsolete aspects such as noise parameter measurements, while others have incorporated issues related to the emission of vapors, fumes, dust and other distortions of the environment. "

The other ordinance, also ratified by all political groups, is referred to the opinion of the General Affairs Committee Information on the installation of tables and chairs Eagles.

Isabel Maria Soler said that is founded following the enactment of the so-called "Anti-Tobacco Law" which has spawned the placement of tables and chairs: streets, sidewalks, plazas and walkways, without any regulation by the administration, thus it was necessary their control, also combining aesthetics and safety.
