The mayor of Tourism has today closed the course and handed over the diplomas to students who have successfully completed.
This morning was held in the City of Eagle the end of the course "The waiter, a major travel agent" for professionals in the hospitality sector and unemployed, and organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in collaboration with the Consistory aquiline, Social Work and HosteÁguilas CAM.
The ceremony was performed by the mayor of Tourism, Clara Valverde, who has delivered the diplomas to students who have successfully completed training period, separated into four blocks: customer service, room service protocol, introduction to wine tasting and tourism awareness.
For a month, students have enhanced their organizational behavior and the techniques and skills required to meet the needs of customers, enabling them to excellent care.
After the ceremony, Clara Valverde said that "it is important that the waiters know a vacation destination also act as tourist agents, since many times the visitor goes to a bar or restaurant, even before one's own Office of Tourism ".
