Francisco Clemente IES today visited Europe, where he held various educational programs sponsored by the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
Councilman of Education of the City of Eagles, Francisco Clemente, visited the European Secondary School, which houses the Aula Occupational where several students develop a training program for gardening.
Accompanied by the center's director, Ismael Lucena, the mayor has toured the facilities where a plant nursery and trees whose care students are responsible.
For the proper functioning of the classroom, the school has a grant of € 75,000 from the Autonomous Community of Murcia, designed to work with these students who are truant profile in the compulsory school age (15 and 16).
Francisco Clemente has praised the work performed by the Hall Occupational and said that "his success is that many of the students, with the intention of dropping out, returning to education and continue their education through the Vocational Training Program Initial (PCPI).
Clement stated that "this is one of the tools available to the Municipal Truancy Plan which is intended more than 60,000 euros, financed by the Ministry of Education and the City of Eagle, and whose purpose is to coordinate all actions with counselors of each school and the local police to ensure that students do not miss class and offered pedagogical and psychological support, among other things.
Finally, the Councillor for Education has indicated that the three local institutions have obtained this year School Booster Program, aims to serve those students with curricular gaps or support required to meet the course objectives.
