The council of the City of Eagle Woman held last weekend's main events Memorial Day Program on the Elimination of Violence against Women.
Among the events that took place in the town, saw the screening and awards ceremony of the shorts Contest III participants "Short with Violence", which was won by the film "Abuse", by, David Rosillo, Anthea Clemente, Dani Patron, Maria del Carmen Perez and Isa Escarabajal, students of King Carlos III Institute, who received the award from the mayors of the consistory and Urban Woman aquiline, Maria Martinez and Elizabeth Mary Sponsorship Soler, respectively.
In yesterday morning Sunday, November 25, citizens, representatives of associations and numerous authorities, headed by the city mayor, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, gathered on the esplanade of the Auditorium and Congress Palace "Princess Elena" to give read a clear institutional and develop a "human network" against gender violence.
Subsequently, the local company "Imagine Entertainment" was the theatrical scene of the play "Happily N'Ever After".
The activities now facing its final stretch, with the opening of the second photography exhibition "Women columbine columbine seen by women: A gender perspective", organized in collaboration with the social and cultural association "Reef", which opens at 19 '00 pm in the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia.
