The consistory aquiline and local hoteliers association organized this activity, with the aim of promoting tourism culture among school children in the municipality.
The councilors of Tourism and Education, Clara Valverde and Francisco Clemente, with the president of the Professional Association of Innkeepers Eagles, Vicente Robles, and other members of its board, yesterday handed diplomas to students participation program "Coastal Eco-Schools "who have supported the campaign to raise awareness about the culture tourism in the town, during the course of a ceremony in which monitors were also present responsible for this school program.
The initiative was organized by the consistory HosteÁguilas and aquiline, with the collaboration of Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel, under the name "Eagles a tourist for Christmas."
For several days, the students drew pictures and texts that were to highlight the tourism resources of the municipality, also stressing the importance of having a clean and friendly holiday destination with the environment, while protruding the advantages a tourist city for its inhabitants.
Participants have excelled in different jobs and cultural attractions of the city, as is the case: the castle of San Juan, the auditorium and conference center "Princess Elena" Fraile Island, the pleasure boat "Don Pancho ", the mills or the beaches of Aguilas, among other things.
The winner of this first awareness campaign among school children, has been married Vera Lorena girl of 8 years and belongs to the Public School Mediterranean, with a drawing that included several tourism resources of the city, which has been awarded a trophy, a certificate and a free course in sailing school sailing the Marina Juan Montiel.
