The Red Cross Local Assembly of Eagles has made 130 assists during the Special Operations "Carnaval 2013", a figure similar to that recorded during the past year 2012.
If during the First Phase of Operation 97 interventions occurred, the Phase II which started at 16:00 pm on Friday 15 and ended at 09:00 on Sunday 17, totaled 33 assists.
Of all the interventions carried out, 86 are for emergencies or emergencies handled by the Red Cross Medical Equipment Eagles, while the remaining 44 have been assisted by the Basic Life Support Ambulance.
Four of the patients treated have been transferred to the emergency department of the city and nine others have been referred to the referral hospital in Lorca for additional medical testing.
About 230 volunteers from Medical College Graduates in Nursing, Health Emergency Technicians, Rescuers, Health and Drivers Local Assemblies of the Spanish Red Cross Eagles, Sewer, Archena, Calasparra, Caravaca, Cartagena, Cieza, La Union-Mar Menor , Lorca and Santomera to which are added two units displaced from Almeria city, participated in this special device.
