The Youth Department of the City of Eagle reports that the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) yesterday published the call for grants to associations and youth projects.
The application period begins today and runs through May 31.
As indicated by the mayor of Youth, Juan José Asensio, these grants are intended to support and promote youth associations in Eagles and the cultural, social, educational and recreational, that encourage youth participation, the subject of the same annual programs and specific activities.
May request them:
Youth associations columbines lawfully constituted.
Any other association without being juvenile, propose to organize activities aimed at young people hooked.
No grants will be awarded to applicants who have been beneficiaries of a grant awarded earlier, while not justified according to the rules established in the corresponding call.
Appreciation for the award:
Scope.
That activities are open and foster youth participation in the planning and implementation of the same.
The viability of the project.
The social and cultural benefit of the project presented.
The memory of the previous year activities and the justification thereof, in the case of being funded by this Department.
The submission of applications will be made in duplicate.
The original will be presented at the General Register of the City and the copy is delivered to the Youth House "Capri", including the following documentation:
Application form.
Photocopy of ID.
Applicant.
Photocopy of the CFI of the association.
Detailed program of activities.
Budget detail.
In case of receiving grant above shall be justified as follows:
6.1.
Activities Report.
6.2.
Expense Ratio.
6.3.
Certified copies or original copies of invoices totaling the amount received in the grant.
Obligations of the beneficiaries:
Assume all liabilities arising from the conduct of the proposed activity.
No change to the program for which the grant was awarded without the prior approval of the Department of Youth.
To record in advertising, programs and posters announcing the subsidized activity, that it is done with the cooperation of the Youth Department of the City of Eagles.
Adequately justify the grant received.
Return the amount of the grant if it was not intended for the purpose it was granted.
