The City of Eagle reports that the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) has today published the notice of sale of plots in the industrial area "The Labradorcico".

These nine farms, municipal ownership, with the following dimensions and initial bidding price:

Plots 1 (A-12) and 2 (A-24): From 733'60 m2 and an amount of 66,405 euros + VAT '47.

Plots 3 (C-1) and 4 (C-2): 1,250 m2 and a total of 75,437 euros + VAT '50.

Plots 5 (C-3) and 6 (C-4): From 1,500 m2 and a total of 90,525 euros + VAT.

Plot 7 (L-5): From 4310 m2 and an amount of 260 108 euros + VAT '50.

Plots 8 (D-12) and 9 (D-13): 1,000 m2 and a total of 60,350 euros + VAT.

To obtain documents and more information, those interested can contact the Heritage and Recruitment section of Eagles Hall (3rd Floor), from Monday to Friday, from 8'00 to 15'00 hours so as to phone: 968 418 846, 968 418 812 and 968 418 886.

The deadline for obtaining documents will be the same for the submission of tenders, during the period of 15 calendar days beginning on the day following the publication of the relevant notice in the Official Gazette of the Murcia Region, so ending March 9.

The papers will be presented at the General Register of the City Hall, Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 hours and working on Saturdays, from 09'00 to 13'00 hours.

The bid opening will be the fifth business day following the expiry of the deadline for submitting proposals in the Consistory Hall of the aquiline local municipal or other the effect is enabled.
