Mayor Eagles, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, and the president of the Organization of Business and Professional Women (OMEP), Manuela Marín Gómez, this morning signed a cooperation agreement in the consistory aquiline, during the course of a ceremony in which were accompanied by the mayor of Woman, Mary Martinez Sponsorship.
The OMEP is a business organization, non-profit, which associates women entrepreneurs, professionals, directors and entrepreneurs of all economic and social areas of the Region of Murcia, whose objectives include the promotion of women's entrepreneurship, training, access to new information technologies and the promotion of employment, contributing to equality between women and men in business and organizational areas.
Bartolome Hernandez has declared that "the Municipal Government considers it important to develop measures to promote women entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, who want to promote by introducing incentives to encourage the creation and consolidation of their business."
Given the coincidence of the objectives of both institutions, there is this collaboration for the joint implementation of measures to promote the employment of women and the promotion and development of viable business plans, which serve as an injection of the town's economy and the development of training aimed at reducing the gender digital divide in collective woman.
Under the agreement signed today, the OMEP is committed to providing material resources, technical and human dependent on their organization and perform the following actions:
Corporate motivational workshops to inform and advise those women entrepreneurs who choose self-employment as a way of entering the labor market.
Basic business training workshops for the implementation of an enterprise.
Training workshops on new technologies, especially social networking and use of new smartphones applied to the business world.
Report and disseminate the measures and actions that the City Council set to boost Eagles, creation and establishment of new businesses in the town.
Participation in round tables and other activities to develop the town for the promotion of female entrepreneurship, which contribute to the enhancement of self-employment of women living in Eagles.
