Given the inconsistent responses of the detainees now the origin of the objects, the Civil Guard intervenes them.
On day 6, Civil Guard officers Position of Vera (Almería) and Principal Position Aguilas (Murcia), after painstaking research, carried out the arrest of a person 49 years of age, residing in the town of Aguilas (Murcia), suspicion of a continuing offense of burglary in things made in two houses in the same block of the town of San Juan de los Terreros (Almería) and the imputation of a second person, 34, on the same facts.

The Civil Guard continues the investigation into the provenance of the object, achieving distinction after painstaking research, that they could have been stolen from inside two houses in the same block, in the town of San Juan de los Terreros (Almería ).
The Civil Guard officers are able to verify the provenance of the object, which had been reported as stolen in the Post Pulpí (Almería), proceeding the arrest on suspicion of a continuing offense of burglary in the things, and imputation of a second person for the same offense, recovering all of the stolen effects.
The detainee will comprise more than thirty arrests and background for various crimes against property.
The steps taken, along with the arrested have been referred to the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Huércal Overa (Almería).
