Eagles Mayor and President of the Association "Eagle Down", with several councilors of the municipal corporation, visited the information stand installed today in the Plaza of Spain.
Coinciding with the celebration of World Down Syndrome Association "Eagle Down" has installed a stand today in the Plaza of Spain, which offered all sorts of information about the disability and the work being done in the town.
Mayor Eagles, Bartolomé Hernández, and the president of "Eagle Down", Encarna Diaz, along with several councilors of the municipal corporation, this morning visited the counter and have highlighted the great work that this group plays in the town since its constitution, in September 2001.
The association focuses on training people with intellectual disabilities from an early age, to channel their incorporation into school or work and integrate into society.
To do so, perform all kinds of activities and advise their families in decision-making.
