The weekend ended XII Diet Cookery Course, organized by the Diabetic Association of Eagles (ADIA) and the Consistory aquiline.
The mayor of Health, Ana Maria Miñarro, gastronomic closed these have been developed from 9 to 12 April at the Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel, involving twenty ADIA partners.
The course was led by the kitchen staff of that hotel is to have daily to Prepare two dishes and a dessert to be able to taste the attendees themselves.
Among the recipes were made up: chickpea and chard sautéed and cooked ham, sole fresh mushrooms in sauce or apple Shuffle, among other culinary delights.
The course also has offered basic information to participants about: nutrients, diets, special foods for diabetics or how to deal with the disease, among other items of interest.
Ana Maria Miñarro was accompanied during the closing ceremony for Juan Carlos Prisons, president of the Diabetic Association of Eagles, and Olga Montiel, representing the host institution, which awarded the diploma of the course all participants.
