At the request of the Head of Occupational Health and Safety CEIP Sea City, M ª Ángeles Serrano, Monitors Training Department of the Spanish Red Cross Eagles delivered a workshop of Conduct PAS (Prevention, Alert, succor) teachers with the center education.
The talk included, along with self-protection standards and protocols essential to carry out an alert call to 1 1 2 properly, basic first aid in case of accident in a school facility.
Among them, fracture immobilization techniques with improvised material, detection of possible choking and respiratory and cardio stops the actions to be performed before the arrival of medical teams.
Eagles Spanish Red Cross conducts these workshops for teachers and students AMPAS regularly throughout the school year, right talks specifically to the age of the participants.
These training activities are complementary, before the summer holidays, with the workshops "Learning on the Beach" where school teaches younger aquiline identify the colors of signal flags, the Jobs First Aid Red Cross and protection from the sun and high temperatures, among other safety standards.
