The athlete aquiline claimed victory, last weekend, in both competitions he played.
He managed a time of 11'90 in the 100 meters and reached 7.32 meters in the long jump.
The City of Eagle, through the local chief executive, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, wanted to publicly congratulate the athlete aquiline Jose Antonio Exposito, for the victories achieved in Spain Athletics Championships for People with Intellectual Disabilities, which took place last weekend at the track José Ruiz Lajarín the sports center of the town.
Exposito gold medal in long jump at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, with a jump of 7.25 meters which also named him record in this discipline, was proclaimed winner of both competitions he played, achieving a time of 11 '90 in the 100 meters, beating his best time of the year with a jump of 7.32 meters which places again as champion of Spain in their test star.
The mayor of Eagle, who traveled personally Sports Board facilities to see the athlete competing in one of his races, said "Exposito's triumphs are aquiline sport successes, reflecting the spirit of achievement and shows that with dedication and perseverance in work, no goals and marks can not be reached ".
