The Auditorium and Congress Palace "Infanta Elena" last night hosted a technical seminar on "Legal solutions to the problem of certain banking products", organized by the Association of Businessmen and Industrialists of Eagles (CFIA), in collaboration with the session aquiline.
The event was chaired by lawyer and mayor of Planning in the City of Eagle, Isabel María Soler, and the president of ACIA, Juan Zaragoza, and was attended by various local authorities and many members of the business community, closely following a program focused on legal solutions and options for freelancers and SMEs at preferential hiring, subordinate, Swaps, unfair mortgage loans and other banking products.
The presentation was made by the renowned jurist Azparren Agustín Lucas prosecutor on leave, magistrate and trial judge and instruction since 1980.
Azparren was a member of the Supreme Judicial Council and member of the Spanish Judicial Network for International Cooperation.
He has been Professor of European Law and author of numerous publications, among a long list of positions he has held with great importance.
Similarly, during his career he has been awarded the Grand Cross of St. Raymond of Peñafort and gold medal Oviedo Bar Association and the Police Merit Medal with distinctive red.
He is currently a professor at the School of Legal Practice of the Principality of Asturias and international partner firm Martínez-Echevarría, Pérez, Ferrero Lawyers.
