This morning the Councillor for Culture and Heritage of the City of Eagle, Francisco Miguel Martínez, accompanied by the Municipal Library, Concha Lopez received the Bookmobile, ushering in the traditional summer campaign "A summer book."
This initiative is promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, in collaboration with various consistory of the coast of Murcia, among which have been the Eagles.
Martinez was pleased to be able to offer a new summer this service aquiline and vacationers who spend their leisure time and free time in the village of Águilas.
He also stressed that "in the bookmobile will find books on different subjects and styles, for all ages, so has invited citizens to make use of the service and enjoy the seaside reading".
The campaign's main objective is to promote reading on vacation, and facilitates the lending of books to residents in the tourist areas of Murcia.
Specifically in Águilas be every Monday of the months of July (1, 8, 15, 22 and 29) and August (5, 12, 19 and 26), installed on the seafront at 10.00 to 13.00 hours.
To make use of the service will require only the presentation of ID card or other proof of the user.
