The City of Eagle, through the departments of Health, reports that in connection with the Order of June 25, 2013 of the ministries of Agriculture and Water and Health and Social Policy for the control and eradication of rabies in animals and prevent risks to public health, it compulsory vaccination of dogs, cats and ferrets in the municipality rabies vaccination campaign being fixed from July 1 to August 31.
The obligation extends to the species listed above, of any race, weight and from 3.5 months in dogs and ferrets and cats 5 months.
The pet owners should go to any of the three local veterinary centers.
Vaccination of dogs and cats in the municipality will be conducted by the Municipal Veterinary Officer.
Due to the requirement of that order, it is also reported that in the period of the vaccination campaign was carried out verification checks of rabies vaccination and identification by dogs chip Eagles.
