Eagles held since yesterday different events honoring the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of fishermen.
After the massive serenade offered last night by the band Musical Patronage Columbine "Francisco Diaz Romero, at the doors of the church of El Carmen, under the direction of Juan Rojo Garcia, who also participated in several solo lyrical events continue during all the day today.
This morning, the mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, along with the director general of Livestock and Fisheries, Carmen Morales, and the larger pattern of the Fishermen's Association, Domingo Diaz, attended by other local authorities and numerous aquiline to Sailor Mass that took place in Fish Market.
The activities in honor of the patron saint of fishermen will conclude this afternoon with a Mass, the transfer of the image of the Virgen del Carmen on the streets of the urban center of the city and the traditional Maritime procession with the participation of individual vessels fishing fleet of the municipality.
The program of events will end with a popular dance, by Nostalgia Orchestra, which will run from 22 am, in the Plaza de Antonio Cortijo, with free admission.
