After four days of discussion, presentations and discussions, and all covered places for several weeks, today concluded in the course of Eagles Sea International University "The Future of Criminal Justice in Spain", directed by professors Fernando Jimenez and Julio Siguenza.
Since the inaugural conference hosted by the state attorney general, Eduardo Torres-Dulce, entitled "Independence of the prosecution to guarantee their impartiality", prominent speakers have been through these days offering his personal view on different aspects: papers trial judge and the prosecutor, mediation in criminal justice, the right to privacy or new techniques in the investigation of crime, among other issues, to reach the final talk this afternoon gave the President of the High Court of Justice Murcia, Juan Martínez Moya.
After the conference and after a minute's silence in memory of the victims of the tragic train crash in Santiago de Compostela, the mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, and rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, along with other authorities closed this course that has become one of the greatest exponents of the interesting and varied educational offer each summer hosts this coastal town.
The next meeting of the International University of the Sea Eagles will be from 1 to August 13, Tuesdays and Thursdays, in the Auditorium and Congress Palace "Infanta Elena" with the XVIII edition of the lecture series "Watching the Sea" , which will be led by Professor aquiline of Mathematics at the University of Murcia, José Asensio.
