The councilors of Aging and Youth, Ana Maria Miñarro and Juan José Asensio, presided over the weekend the opening ceremony of the exhibition of paintings by Joaquin Martinez Olivares, in which are exhibited some forty paintings, mainly landscapes painted in oil.
It is a sign of homage to this teacher aquiline, BA in English, which for 50 years has combined his education with his passion "painting".
At 79 years old, Martinez Olivares offers a series of works in which he records his skill with the brush, a collection that the author will give away to the city of Eagles once this show has finished.
Relatives and friends of the artist attended the opening of the exhibition, which can be seen until September 5, at the Casino de Aguilas, where the mayor of Third Age, Ana Maria Miñarro Joaquin gave a plaque in recognition of their work.
