The Department of Agriculture reports that the City of Eagle has awarded the contract for asphalt country road "La Solana del Charcón" located in the vicinity of "La Venta de San Felipe".
Work is expected to be developed throughout the month of September, with a total cost amounting to 76,955 euros, financed entirely with city funds.
As indicated by the mayor of Agriculture, Francisco Navarro, works basically consist of resurfacing the most deteriorated sections by double surface treatment with standard graded aggregates, for a total area of ​​about 11,920 m2.
Similarly, in this performance also included the paving of Weekly Market perimeter area.
The works are based on the preparation of the seating surface of the existing pavement, by regularizing the layer of asphalt adhesive irrigation and subsequent execution of asphalt layer.
The total area which will host this treatment is 7.346 m2.
Finally, within this project and how it improves the contract award is also paving a portion of the outer courtyard of the local police headquarters, where they are deposited vehicles clear of the public highway by the towing service.
