The Plaza de Antonio Cortijo last night hosted the ceremony commemorating the eleventh anniversary of the twinning between the towns of Eagle and Montcada i Reixac.
A broad representation of the Municipal Corporation of Eagles, led by the mayor, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, gathered at the party room to wrap an event attended by many citizens, including representatives of the Columbine Centre in Montcada, led by their president, José María Hernández.
Before passing to the performance of the night, which was conducted by the group of Havana "Port Vell", the head of the local executive and aquiline Center President took the stage, from where they went to the public to make clear the connection that has existed and will always exist between the two municipalities.
The evening, which also served to close the wide and varied program of summer festivals in Aguilas, included a tasting of "Ron Cremat" you could taste all present.
