The head of the local executive, Bartolome Hernandez, and recorder holder Eagles, Jose Angel Cardinal, this morning signed an agreement to collaborate in the management, assessment and collection of tax on the increase in value of the Urban Land
This morning took place in the session aquiline signing a cooperation agreement between the City of Eagle and the Land Registry, to assist in the management, assessment and collection of tax on the Increase in Value of Urban Land.
The ceremony was performed by the head of the local executive, Bartolome Hernandez, and recorder holder Land Registry Eagles, Jose Angel Cardinal, and has also received assistance from the mayor of Finance, Maria Patrocinio Martinez and Registry official, Lorenzo Martinez.
The agreement focuses primarily on the determination of facts not taxable prescribed by the Land Registry on the exercises and management via verified by the City and, at his request, may be subject to further review by the Property Registry and the collection of the amounts of the payments that are rotated as a result of his performance and preparation of documentation requirements that may be accurate.
As explained by the mayor of Eagle, the cooperation agreement will be valid for two years and is automatically extended as long as both parties are satisfied.
