This morning we set out, at the youth hostel in Calarreona Eagles, the last of the courses of the Sea International University held this summer in the city.
From today until next Friday, students, technicians, youth, youth workers, educators and others interested in the issue involved in this course entitled "Non-formal education, health and drugs: methods and methodologies in working with young people."
This fifth edition of the course aims to influence, from the perspective of health and as a central focus in drug prevention, bringing it closer to the different fields of non-formal education with young people.
Similarly, attempts to facilitate practical training in the use of tools of drug prevention in youth groups and to promote and strengthen the active involvement of mediators in the development of preventive actions in drug use.
The opening ceremony was attended by: Youth Councilman City of Eagle, Juan José Asensio, director general of Gender Violence Prevention, Youth, Legal Protection and Juvenile Court, Veronica Lopez, CEO of Care Citizen and Drug Addiction, Juan Manuel Ruiz, and the director of the University of Mar, Carmen Martinez.
Thus ends the summer offer from the University of Murcia in the resort this year and within its 30 anniversary has developed a total of eight courses, including traditional lecture series "Watching the Sea", positioning Eagles again to the head of the headquarters of the International University of the Sea
