The City of Eagle has brought to public tender construction of a promenade at the port, as is published today in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia (BORM).
According to the councilor of Goods and Works, Diego Martínez Parra, the action is framed in Tourism Competitiveness Plan "Eagles, Sea and Fisheries", a project funded by the Consistory aquiline, the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism and the ERDF.
The tender base budget, including VAT, amounts to EUR 272 647 '98.
The deadline for submission of offers will run until December 3, month which is expected to carry out the award of the work.
The municipal government predicts that jobs are completed for the arrival of the summer, so this area will add to the tourist attractions that the city offers numerous summer visitors each city chosen as a holiday.
The project includes enabling a sightseeing area, which will run over the wall of the port, above the houses of fishermen, up to the jetty.
This will create a small promenade, with four viewpoints, to be accessed by a concrete ramp 80 meters long, with a slope of 8% and endowed break plateaus.
The corridors balconies shall be implemented on the existing concrete wall, but with an independent structure to that of the huts of fishermen, so they do not touch at any point.
Once you access the first viewpoint from the ramp, the connection between this and the other is made using the top of the wall, which will be available on a sundress navy.
