On Sunday completed acts in honor of St. Cecilia, patron saint of musicians, during this November have been developed in the town, organized by the Columbine Musical Patronage "Francisco Díaz Romero".
The weekend was full of activities, highlighting the concert that took place Saturday night at the headquarters of this group, which involved the titular band, directed by Juan Rojo Garcia, and the school band, led by Ginés González Ramírez.
During the event, the mayor of Finance, Personnel and woman, María Martínez Sponsorship handed diplomas login to new members of the band.
The culmination of this program of events was a Mass, held on Sunday, in the parish of San Jose, attended by the mayor of Eagle, Bartolomé Hernández, president and Musical Patronage, Ramón Rubio, together with different local authorities and members of the bands that participated in the Eucharist.
After the ceremony, the musicians shared a fellowship meal at a popular local restaurant, giving terminating the commemoration of Santa Cecilia.
