The mayor of Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martínez, recepcionó this morning a picture with the image of an actor Paco Rabal aquiline, which has been donated to the City of Eagle alhameño artist Francisco Antonio Sanz Provencio.
The oil, a few measures 73 inches long by 63 wide, is a picture that the artist made the actor taking advantage of the presence of Rabal in Alhama de Murcia, during the filming of the movie "Congratulations Tovarich".
During the ceremony, the council thanked the gesture that has had this renowned painter Murcia and praised the quality of his work, stating that "many of his works are in private collections across the world. Since made its first sample, early age of 9, has exhibited in numerous cities, both Spanish and from different countries "said Martinez.
As indicated by the mayor, the picture display, permanently, in the renovated House of Culture named after the famous aquiline actor, which also contains some of the most important awards granted to Francisco Rabal, along its laureate film career.
