The City of Eagle reports that the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia (BORM) publishes notice of sale of plots in the Industrial Park "The Labradorcico".
These three farms, municipal ownership, with the following dimensions and initial bidding price:
Plot 1 (A-12): From 733'60 m2 and an amount of 66,405 euros + VAT '47.
Plot 2 (A-24): From 733'60 m2 and an amount of 66,405 euros + VAT '47.
Plot 3 (L-5): From 4,310 m2 and an amount of 260 108 euros + VAT '50.
To obtain documents and more information, those interested can go to the section Assets and Procurement aquiline Consistory (3rd Floor), from Monday to Friday from 8 to 15 hours, as well as by phone: 968 418 846, 968 418 812 and 968 418 886.
The deadline for obtaining documents will be the same for the submission of tenders for a period of 15 days beginning on the day following the publication of a notice in the Official Bulletin of the Murcia Region, so will close the December 19.
The documents are presented in the General Register of the City, Monday through Friday, 9 to 14 hours and working on Saturdays, from 9 to 13 hours.
The bid opening will be held on the fifth day following the deadline for submission of bids, in the Hall of the Consistory aquiline local municipal or any other purpose that enable business day.
