The mayor of the City of Eagle woman, María Martínez Sponsorship visited this morning the Self Defense Workshop, organized by the council, in which thirty women participate columbines.
Councilwoman explained, this course has been scheduled with the intention of providing women an awareness in relation to their own abilities for self defense.
Throughout the workshop, they will seek to rediscover the ability to react in the body and mind against aggression, through the acquisition and development of skills that will help them feel more secure about themselves.
The teacher of this activity, Felipe Mula, out of the local police and self-defense instructor, explained that women perform practical exercises that are taking control of their bodies, to connect with their own strength.
Through easy and effective techniques to help them be prepared in situations of danger, running boards hitting, defense and escape in situations of grips, qualified the agent.
Sponsorship María Martínez emphasized the great success that has taken this initiative, so the Consistory aquiline already exploring the possibility of expanding the supply of these workshops.
