Aquiline Renowned painter, Manuel Coronado, last night presented its new exhibition "Following my own footsteps", an exhibition to be displayed simultaneously in two buildings, the Casa de Cultura "Francisco Rabal" and the Auditorium and Congress Centre "Infanta Elena" and subsequently travel to Mallorca.
The event was chaired by the mayor, Bartolomé Hernández, and the Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martínez, along with other local authorities and numerous guests, who wanted to accompany the artist, Favorite Son of Eagle, during the inauguration.
Coronado offers nearly a hundred pictures of different formats, categorized by topics.
Thus, in the Chamber of the House of Culture named after him, we can find works ranging from the sixties to the present: bird characters, expressions, circus and fair, carnival or landscapes in which Eagles occupies a place highlight.
Furthermore, the Auditorium Hall collects his most recent works as well as other themes: time of lights, the magic of color and seabed.
According to the artist, the full exhibition will be open until April 30, as from that date much of her travel to Mallorca, where it will be exposed.
Finally, local authorities praised the figure of this famous aquiline who has lived by and for art, in exposing some of the most prestigious museums in the world, while many of his paintings have been acquired to form part of selected pictorial collections.
