The mayor of the City of Eagle Health, Ana María Miñarro, this morning the program of events that your council has organized to mark World Health Day (April 7).
The events will take place on Monday and Tuesday, in collaboration with the Eroski hypermarket, the Association More Broccoli and signature Santiveri, including the following activities:
Monday, April 7: At 16:30 hours, to exercise the body guided route, which starts from the Plaza del Rubial and travel to different parks nearby to this area of ​​town.
Tuesday, April 8: At 19:30 pm in the House of Culture "Francisco Rabal," paper "Broccoli, healthy pleasure" by Javier Bernabeu, agricultural engineer and secretary of the Association More Broccoli.
On the other hand, I will launch the Healthy Recipe Contest with great prizes for the three winners and win a special gift from all those submitted.
According to Ana María Miñarro, this initiative seeks to raise public awareness about balanced diet as the foundation of our health and the benefits of preparing menus that contribute to welfare.
Recipes must be submitted before May 7, in the Department of Health of the City of Eagle or via e-mail saludable@outlook.es and the awards ceremony will take place on the 26th of the month, coinciding with the Day World of Nutrition.
