The Department of Youth reports that the City of Eagle has opened the call for grants for youth projects and partnerships in 2014. The application deadline will end on May 30.

As indicated by the incumbent mayor of this area, Juan José Asensio, these grants are intended to support and promote youth associations in Eagles, as well as cultural, social, educational and recreational initiatives that encourage youth participation, being subject of these annual work programs and specific.

They may apply for them:

Aquiline youth associations that are legally constituted.

Any other association without being juvenile, propose to organize activities aimed at this sector of the population.

No grants will be awarded to applicants who have benefited from a grant above, while not justified according to the rules established in the call.

Rating for the award:

Scope.

Activities that are open and encourage the participation of young people in the planning and implementation of the same.

The viability of the project.

The social and cultural interests of the submitted plan.

The report of activities during the preceding year as well as justification thereof in the case have been funded by this Department.

The submission of applications will be made in duplicate.

The original will be presented at the General Register of the City and the copy is delivered to the Youth House "Capri", including the following documentation:

Application form.

Photocopy of the applicant.

Photocopy of the CIF partnership.

Detailed program of activities.

Detailed budget.

If you have previously received grant shall be justified as follows:

6.1.

Activity Report.

6.2.

Expense Ratio.

6.3.

Photocopies or certified copies of original bills that equal the amount received in the grant.

Obligations of beneficiaries:

Assume all liabilities arising from the conduct of the proposed activity.

Not modify the program for which the grant was made without the prior approval of the Department of Youth.

To record in advertising, programs and posters announcing the subsidized activity, that it is carried out in collaboration with the Department of Youth of the City of Eagle.

Duly justify the grant received.

Return the amount of the grant when it has not been designed for the purpose it was granted.
