This morning the seventeenth Regional Conference on Early Childhood Intervention, which will be held tomorrow Saturday in the Auditorium and Congress Centre "Infanta Elena", with the participation of about one hundred and fifty professionals began to expose their experiences and knowledge.
They are organized by the Association ATEMP Murcia and have the cooperation of the Autonomous Community, the Consistory aquiline, the CDIAT Eagles, the Royal Board on Disability and the National Federation of Associations of Early Childhood Professionals.
The opening ceremony was conducted by the mayor of Health and Human Services, Ana María Miñarro;
CEO Disability Murciano Institute for Social Action (IMAS), John Brown;
Director General of Educational Quality, Innovation and Attention to Diversity, María Begoña Iniesta;
and the president of ATEMP, Juan Fernandez.
The conference, which will focus on interdisciplinarity in Early Intervention, include numerous conferences and round tables will be held until 13:30 pm tomorrow, at which time they will be closed by the mayor of Eagle, Bartolomé Hernández, and the Minister of Health and Social Policy, Catherine Lawrence.
Early attention is the set of interventions aimed at children of 0-6 years old, his family and environment, having intended to provide immediate response to temporary or permanent needs presented by children with developmental disorders or who have risk of suffering.
These interventions, which must consider the totality of the child, are planned by the team of interdisciplinary orientation.
