The mayor of Eagle, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, and Councilman of Goods and Works, Diego Martínez Parra, this morning presented the project of building a Centre Tourist Information and Interpretation of the city.
As explained by the local chief executive, "will be located next to Mill Sagrera, in one of the tourist routes that the Consistory aquiline being adapted for visitors to know the most emblematic sites of the municipality."
The property was built while also holding rehabilitation of the environment of that mill and the new Plaza del Cabeza de Robles Street, creating a totally remodeled and homogeneous which residents and tourists can enjoy architectural ensemble.
Bartolome Hernandez said: "The project aims to create a space where the interpretation of the city and its history as possible and your understanding as a tourist destination, using multimedia equipment for it."
As a complement, it could also provide direct access to useful information for visitors. Possibilities of accommodation, food and catering, culture, sports, recreation, leisure etc, as well as procedures to enjoy them (contacts with companies, reserves and other actions).
Subject to future changes based on the specified functional requirements, architectural answer is, if possible, as flexible and adaptable as will its contents.
It poses as transparent "container", without internal obstacles and announced in its two plants by a large gap relationship that allows multiple configurations of equipment support information.
The project, whose cost is around 200,000 euros, is in the process of adjudication and the municipal government expected to be completed before the end of the year, adding to initiatives such as the future of the castle or the gazebo boardwalk new fishing harbor, among other important actions that are currently already running, forming a global project that will connect various areas of the historic center of the town, offering a scenic and monumental offer high quality for those who choose to pick Eagles as a tourist destination.
