The Governing Council, on a proposal from the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, has given its approval to the concession of public works to carry out the renovation of the marina facilities Eagles.

The project to renovate and improve the marina will involve a total investment of 526,062 euros from the Yacht Club Eagles.

The surface occupancy available is 22,250 square meters, and the award is made for a period of six years.

On the other hand, the occupancy fee will amount to 107,450 euros per year, plus statutory VAT law, and the fee shall be paid when operating in the marina business and nonprofit activities develop character.
