Eagles Mayor Bartolome Hernandez, and the mayor of Social Services, Ana María Miñarro, closed this morning the XIV Conference on Road Safety Education for Students Occupational Center "Urci", accompanied by the local police sergeant, José Luis Sánchez.
This is an initiative promoted by the departments of Public Safety and Social Services Consistory aquiline, through the Office of Road Safety Education of the local police.
During classes, and practical training, the agent in charge of Rafael Ortiz instruct participants in proper habits to get around the city as pedestrian behavior.
The educational content of this conference Driver Education is based on values ​​of respect, responsibility and prudence, favoring the autonomy of these people suffering different kinds of disabilities.
Similarly, it deals with the proper use of transport, both collective and individual, causing students to use independently and safely city buses.
Following the presentation of diplomas to the participants, the local chief executive highlighted the enthusiasm with which these people perform the exercises, while thanking the involvement of local police in this type of social actions.
