During the last regular plenary session, held at the Consistory aquiline, the government team led the initial approval of a record of extraordinary credit of 980,000 euros, funded with cash remaining liquid.

Thanks to the savings accumulated in the municipal coffers, the City of Eagle can I allocate the said amount to the implementation of various initiatives to increase or improve various infrastructures for public use.

Specifically, 430,000 euros have been allocated to the settlement of the Plaza de Antonio Cortijo, the central place where the vast majority of the events connected with the summer program of events are held.

Also, 325,000 euros are linked to different actions within the Tourism Competitiveness Plan "Eagles, Sea and Fisheries" and, finally, 225.000 euros is earmarked for the construction of two tennis courts and clay under the northern part of the environment of the sports center.

These investments were approved without the support of the opposition groups, a circumstance that the city spokesman, Diego Martínez Parra, described as "sad day for the family sport," since, according to the council, the position of these political parties before the execution of these projects reflects its lack of sensitivity to citizens' requests.

Martínez Parra said, as usual, many children have to travel to neighboring cities for tennis in this type of tracks, so do not understand the lack of support for the town to have these sports facilities.
