Eagle City Council has approved in plenary session, a modification of the regulatory tax regulation tax increase in the value of urban land, which is popularly known as the "Goodwill".

Bonuses must be requested within six months, renewable for another six, from the date of death and must be aware of the payment of their tax obligations with the City.
