Another summer, the Department of Tourism of the City of Eagle has launched a thalassotherapy free courses, which are held on the beach of "Las Delicias", next to the Yacht Club.

The mayor of Tourism, Clara Valverde, attended the morning to start of these classes are aimed at people over 60 years.

Will be held until August 28, Tuesdays and Thursdays, they divided into 4 groups, with hours between 8:45 and 10:15 hours.

According Valverde explained, tables aqua fit are led by a physiotherapist, Francisco Albarracin, and a degree in Physical Education, Antonia Lajarín, who are responsible for scheduling a session designed palliative exercises and recreational activities in which the entertainment participant plays an important role.

During the presentation, Albarracin impact on that "we must not forget that classes are projected taking into account the physical, mobility or disability usurious. Their goal is to offer the greatest benefits of physiotherapy in the sea" stressed.
