Eagle City Council welcomed this morning the benefit concert presentation of the Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia offer on 18 July, at 21:30 in the Auditorium and Congress Palace "Infanta Elena".
The ceremony was conducted by the Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martínez;
the parish priest of San José, Manuel Amatriaín;
and President of the Association ProMusica Eagles, Juan Carlos Sanchez.
This is the second consecutive year that the orchestra go above the call of ProMusica collective, to help this worthy cause, a gesture that all present thanked publicly.
Virginia Martinez will be responsible for redirecting this prestigious musical training of the Region of Murcia, which will offer a varied repertoire that will include topics such as: Mozart, Rossini, Verdi, Mascagni, Offenbach, Bizet, Chueca, Chapí and other great composers .
The entry-donation, which is priced at 15 euros, and can be removed at the usual outlets, as well as on the premises of Caritas in Eagle and in the parish of San José.
Also will be available the day of the performance, from two hours before the show, at the venue box office.
The meeting with the media concluded with a widespread appeal for citizens to attend this event and enjoy a premier music event, while contributing to the maintenance of important humanitarian work that Caritas develops in the town.
