The local chief executive, Bartolome Hernandez, accompanied by the mayors of Citizen Services and Public Safety, Clara Valverde and Francisco Clemente, respectively, this morning laid a flower at the plate showing the name of Miguel Angel Blanco, later observe a minute's silence in his memory.
Thus, as stated by the mayor of Eagle, when the 17th anniversary of those terrible events, the city wants to keep alive his memory and all the victims of terrorism.
