Eagles Mayor Bartolome Hernandez, closed last weekend VIII International Campus Basketball "Amaya Valdemoro" during a ceremony in which he was accompanied by the Councillor for Sports, Diego Martínez, and the director of the Campus, Enrique Torres.
It is the most successful edition in the eight years that this event has been held, of which the last four have been developed in the town, campus makes it the reference of women's basketball in Spain.
This time it took place from 6 to 12 July and has had 138 campers, arrivals from different parts of the country, along with a group of modernization of the Spanish Basketball Federation (FEB) and Eagles Basketball Club members.
Before officially dismiss this important summer event, the pavilion welcomed Diego Calvo Valera played a few games that Eagles CB players and components of the International Basketball Campus "Amaya Valdemoro" where the good atmosphere was the dominant note.
Finally, Bartolomé Hernández and Enrique Torres positively evaluated the Campus VIII and recalled that, as a result of the partnership between the two agencies, the city will continue to have this activity over the next two years.
