This afternoon was ending the successful course "Criminal Justice in Spain" which organizes each summer Sea International University, where prominent personalities involved in the judicial field.
Eagles Mayor Bartolome Hernandez, and the Vice Chancellor for Education and Innovation, Pedro Miralles, were responsible for closing these Seminars, accompanied by the mayor of Planning aquiline Consistory, Isabel María Soler, and the directors of the course, teachers Conde Fernando Jiménez López and Julio Siguenza.
The closing lecture was given by the lawyer and professor of criminal law at the University of Murcia, Jaime Peris, who gave a presentation entitled "Expansion of criminal policy and criminal Kick principles of collateral: the criminal liability of legal persons as an example, "moderated by Rafael Cabrera, Professor of Procedural Law at the University of Jaén.
During this week, they have gone through this traditional course of justice as figures: the Chief Justice and the General Council of the Judiciary, Carlos Lesmes;
known criminal lawyer, Marcos García Montes;
President of the High Court of Justice of Murcia, Juan Martínez Moya;
specialist lawyer in criminal and penal mediation, Esther Pascual;
or the President of the Criminal Chamber of the Audiencia Nacional, Fernando Great, among others.
The next meeting of the International University of the Sea Eagles will be 5 to 19 August, in the House of Culture "Francisco Rabal," the nineteenth edition of the lecture series "Watching the Sea", which will be led by aquiline Professor of Mathematics at the University of Murcia, José Asensio.
