The Plaza de Antonio Cortijo last night hosted the ceremony commemorating the twelfth anniversary of the twinning between the towns of Eagle and Montcada i Reixac.
Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, mayor of Eagle, chaired broad representation of the Municipal Corporation which gathered in the party room to wrap an event attended by many citizens, including representatives of the Columbine Centre in Montcada, headed by its president, José María Hernández.
Before passing to the performance of the night, by the Havana group "L'Espingari" the local chief executive and president aquiline Center took the stage, where they went to the public to make clear the union has existed and will always exist between the two municipalities, and exchanged some gifts.
The evening, part of the entertainment program of the summer festivals in Aguilas, traditional tasting included "Ron Cremat" you could taste all present.
