As has become tradition every summer for eleven years, the Friends of the Saharawi people and the youth organization have jointly developed this environmental activity, which has succeeded in creating a green baptized with the name of "Sahara Forest" precisely as a novelty, this year has placed a poster that says.
The local president NNGG, Juan Lajarín, said "this is a novel experience for children, and that weather conditions in the camps of Tindouf in which they live, makes it impossible to enjoy this type of activity."
Trees are planted with the names of children who have grown while they did them, so in a way it becomes a keepsake for their host families, and that a past age children are required to leave the program to make way for other children.
The event, which was also attended by host families, was wrapped by members of the board of New Generations, as well as several representatives of the People's Party of Eagles.
