The House of Culture Francisco Rabal Eagles hosts, since last night, a painting exhibition of artist Alberto Mateos, 26 paintings, mostly oils, where the author displays a work full of realism and sensitivity, also making small forays into other techniques such as watercolor , pen, pastel and acrylic.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the Councillor for Culture and Heritage aquiline Consistory, Francisco Miguel Martínez, accompanied by other officials and guests who did not want to miss the first exhibition gathering of Cartagena painter Eagles.
After a stint in Los Alcazares, Alberto Mateos presents a series of paintings, entitled 'From the baroque ...', where still lives take center stage, along with landscapes and other classics, even to pay homage to Velázquez with a interpretation "very Murcia" in his book "Old Woman Cooking Eggs'.
Mateos technician is in graphic arts applied to artwork and now, at 33, recalls how his passion for painting goes back to his childhood, although it is from the age of 16 when he begins to focus their studies to make the most of his art.
This magífica collection, conducted mostly between 2011 and 2014, will be open until the 3rd of October at the Exhibition Hall of the House Manuel Coronado Culture Francisco Rabal, from Monday to Friday from 18 to 21 hours .
