The mayor of Eagle, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, has offered an official welcome to a Saharawi delegation has headed the Health Minister, Mohamed Lamine Dadi.
The meeting, also attended by councilors of Health and Education Consistory aquiline, Ana Maria and Francisco Clemente Miñarro, respectively, as well as the local president of the Association of Friends of the Saharawi people, Paquita Lajarín, with the delegate of this group in the Region of Murcia, Mohamed Labat.
As reported by the authorities during the meeting was illustrated emotional ties existing between the two peoples, a collaboration that goes back twenty years ago, through the implementation of the program 'Holidays in Peace', with each summer columbines families welcome children from the camps of Tindouf (Algeria).
