Eagles Mayor Bartolome Hernandez, and the Councillor for Tourism, Clara Valverde, along with other guests, chaired the fourth edition of the delivery of these awards that reward career and innovation in the tourism sector.
The first of these awards went to the Yacht Club, founded in 1972 as a sports nonprofit entity, with the desire to promote water sports in Águilas.
This initiative culminated in the opening of the marina in 1982 and the head office in 1993.
Throughout these years, he has won several awards and has organized many events and sporting events, both regional and national levels, and its sailors have been champions of Spain and the world.
Some of the most important values ​​that have contributed to society, have been education and care in preserving the environment, getting the distinctive blue flag since 1993 until today.
Likewise, in collaboration with the City of Eagle develops campaigns like: No aquiline without browsing, or Protecting the Coastal Eco-Schools sea, with the aim of increasing passion among citizens and respect for the environment in which we live.
This 2014 has been awarded two major awards, one granted by the Autonomous Community of Murcia 'to environmental education initiatives for citizens and consumers' and the other given by the company Hempel 'quality and service in the nautical' .
Finally, the Club Náutico just get a new lease on the marina, which will allow them to continue to serve the society hooked, as it has done until now.
The other distinction granted by the Consistory aquiline, in this case to honor the commitment to tourism innovation, went to the Camping Bellavista a run from 1992 by Antonia Granados and his family business.
Granados is a self-educated, brave, hardworking and with great capacity to overcome women, as evidenced by the fact of being 22 years at the head of an establishment that is open 365 days a year.
During all this time, has not ceased to make improvements to their facilities, not one year, in order to make their customers feel more comfortable and more services.
Recent reforms have been building: petanque, healthy circuit, swimming pool, jacuzzi and terrace bar.

Also, from Friday until October 12, the Association of Innkeepers Eagles (HosteÁguilas) will also add to the celebration of World Tourism Day with the launch of the Route of Cocktail Bites and Author.
Participants offered their elaborate local culinary offerings, including drinking, at the price of 3.50 euros, to a set schedule for it, in most cases, will be 12 to 14:30 hours and from 20 to 22: 30 hours.
