As each October 12, Columbus Day, the Civil Guard Eagles developed a program of events to commemorate the day of their patron saint, the Virgin of Pilar.
Among the planned activities took place on Sunday traditional concelebrated Mass, celebrated in the parish of San José, which was attended by many members of the meritorious, led by Lieutenant principal chief of the Guardia Civil station in the town, Joaquín Guillamón .
The meeting was also attended by several representatives of the municipal corporation, in front of which the mayor of Eagle, Bartolomé Hernández, and various representatives of other groups in the city was, as is the case with the local police.
